Project Overview
The aim of the project is to create luxury Hotels based on a renovation process for a part of the heritage houses of Al Wakra village to turn it into five stars hotels and preserve the heritage theme of the buildings. The intent is to use as much as possible from the houses rooms and turn it to Hotel rooms and other functional spaces necessary for operating a five stars Hotels.

Scope of Work
Design & Build: Project which consists of two fivestar heritage hotels (hotel 1&2) with spa and fitness center, handed over as fully operated project with 101 guest rooms & junior suites.
