Part of a development of six villas at Al Messila with a total area of around 35,880 square meters, four villas have been designed and built by GET on a turnkey basis. The total area of each plot is approximately 6,000 square meters and the builtup area for each villa is approximately 5,000 square meters.

Alongside the villas themselves, our work included landscaping and constructing a boundary wall, external guard house and four separate substations and generators.
