Project Overview
The Project is an extension of the West Bay North shoreline by creating additional areas of beaches to attract West Bay North (WBN) residents to a wider Doha for recreational, leisure, and hospitality. As a prime waterfront location, the site holds considerable potential to add significantly to the city experience whilst enhancing and protecting the existing real estate value of West Bay. The aim is to deliver a quality experience to the community and visitors to the area with high-quality urban beach park, sports, leisure, and events facilities. The project will resolve the current barrier and develop a pleasant waterfront boulevard and internal streetscape network where the needs of pedestrians and cyclists are addressed and the connection between West Bay North and the waterfront is provided. Future building function uses are likely to include restaurants, cafes, art galleries, cultural centers, boutique hotels, sports clubs, social clubs, and limited retail.

• Beach sand Placement and levelling

Supply and installation of beach furniture works (Beach umbrella, Beach Lounge, Open Shower Stall, Beach Volley & Football court, playground area, beach barrier floats, Antijelly fish barrier, Lifeguard Stall & External Signage)
