PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Qatar Airways purchased two parcels Plot 01- and Plot 02- which are to be developed into accommodations for Qatar Airways hostesses and are located in Doha, State of Qatar, West of the old airport and cited in between Tower-3 and Hyatt regency hotel.
The accommodations will comprise apartments (2BR/1BR/Studios), mainly consisting of two bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette as well as common facilities such as lobbies, lounges, a bar, a restaurant, a gymnasium, a multipurpose room, small mini market, laundry and a swimming pool on roof levels.

The New Qatar Airways Accommodation Buildings project is divided into 2 packages :

PK1: with a site area of 10,996 m² and Total Built Up Area of 61,019 m² (1B+G+9+P) comprising:

• 347 suite apartments (33,172 m²):
• 264 uble bedroom apartments (110 m²)
• 32 Single bedroom apartments (80 m²)
• 51 Studios (35 m²)
• Restaurant (385 m² ; 200 persons)
• Retail Store (85 m² ; mini market)
• Multipurpose Room (205 m²)
• Gymnasium (510 m²)
• Computer Rooms
• Rooftop Pool Area (225 m² pool, 337 m² deck)
• Rooftop Running Track (2-lane ; 345m length)
• Underground Parking (139 Cars)

PK2: with a site area of 2,087 m² and BUA 13,821 m² (2B+G+7+P) comprising:

• 68 suite apartments (6,132 m²):
• 54 Double bedroom apartments (110 m²)
• 14 Studios (35 m²)
• Gymnasium (215 m²)
• Computer Rooms
• Rooftop Pool Area (85 m² pool, 150 m² deck)
• Underground Parking (28 Cars)

GENERAL SCOPE
The Works that shall be performed by the Contractor shall include:

• Environmental Works
